App: LTNS (Long Time No See)

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using LTNS ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

• You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You are responsible for the information you enter (e.g. contacts, notes) and for keeping your device secure.
• You must not use the App to store or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content, or to harass others.
• We may change or discontinue features or the App itself with reasonable notice where possible.

3. Your Data

• Data you create in the App is stored on your device. We do not host or access that data on our servers.
• You can delete data through the App. Uninstalling the App may remove local data depending on your device and backup settings.
• Our handling of data is also described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Subscriptions and Refunds

• Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms (duration, price, renewal) are shown in the App and in the App Store.
• Payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be made through Apple's refund process. We cannot issue refunds directly.

5. Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
• We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the App (e.g. when to contact someone).
• We are not liable for loss of data due to your device, backup, or use of the App.
