We collect information necessary to provide the service: (a) Images you capture or import — used solely to process questions via AI; (b) Account and subscription data — managed by Apple and RevenueCat for purchases; (c) Usage data — to improve the App (e.g., crash reports, basic analytics via Firebase if enabled).
Images are sent to Google's Gemini AI for processing. We do not store your photos permanently. Subscription data is handled by RevenueCat and Apple. We use analytics to fix bugs and improve the user experience.
We share data only with service providers essential to the App: Google (Gemini AI) for question processing, RevenueCat for subscription management, Apple for App Store and payments, and Firebase for analytics if configured. We do not sell your personal information.
Question images are processed in real time and not retained. Chat history may be stored locally on your device. We retain minimal server-side data as required for subscription and analytics.
You can delete the App to remove local data. For subscription management, use your Apple ID settings. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data.
The App is not directed at children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, please contact us to request deletion.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. Communication with our services uses HTTPS. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or App Store. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
